What is Trimpo?
          Trimpo is a service that helps merchants start selling in the market and offers opportunities for the development of related services. Trimpo team members participated in the development and launch of many e-commerce projects over the past few years, as well as in several payment gateway designs and project launches. Our teams work with globally known companies, such as eBay, Amazon, Flipkart, Yandex, AliExpress and integration projects implemented for end clients, as well as solutions for similar challenges from merchants. 
          After implementing a large number of market integration projects for merchants, our team emerged with tried-and-tested solutions to common challenges, and using them as building blocks, we can now offer even greater solutions to our users. For example, for merchants to start automatic operations with eBay, it is necessary to:

‣ receiving and responding to customer messages 
‣ working with order tracking numbers

          After the successful launch of several major client projects, our team decided that we wanted to provide our expertise to everyone who wanted to start selling in the market.
          The patterns we use to create services that help merchants start selling in the market offer opportunities for the development of related services. As an example:

‣ A dropshipping service that makes it possible to sell products from one trading platform or marketplace to another
‣ Service for suppliers to sell their products directly to customers
‣ Our own Trimpo Marketplace will allow all customers in the world to purchase products at a much lower price, due to lower commissions (compared to other markets) and because of the discounts that the Trimpo Marketplace will offer.
          In Q1 2017 we decided to start the Trimpo project. Trimpo received funding from angel seed to launch the first project, and we've made it all the way.

Solution
         The more consumers begin to search and end up buying in the online market, they are essential to any merchant e-commerce strategy. Online shoppers are familiar with the well-known global markets, and traders have a steady stream of constantly-growing customers. If merchants decide to target their sales in a particular country - they can register their goods in the local market, which is used by customers from certain countries. Trimpo has helped a number of merchants to sell their products in the market, and we want to add both - helping more merchants to expand their business and integrate our platform with more online markets.
          The Trimpo B2B market will offer value-added services to suppliers, giving them the ability to post their product information and find merchants with ease, and the ability to work with merchants with preferential terms, utilizing the security and transparency of the Trimpo blockchain platform. 
          Finally, Trimpo will go further and create a Big Data subsystem, with analysts on e-commerce, from trends to specific recommendations across the entire spectrum of businesses in online commerce. Our main goal is the creation of an Ecosystem, which will bring together customers, merchants and suppliers, and who will offer an interface for partnership programs for all types of service providers, e.g. in logistics, marketing and advertising, and at a later stage in financial services.
Trimpo As an Ecosystem.
          The Trimpo service as an ecosystem consists of several components
1. The core system - the main part of the Trimpo system, which stores and processes products and orders.
2. Importers - subsystems, which provide acceptance and updating of data on products in the Trimpo ecosystem.
3. Marketplace - a subsystem, which provides operations with markets, eBay, Amazon, etc.
4. Social networks - subsystems, which provide operations with social networking websites, such as FB and VK.
5. Messengers - subsystems, which provide operation by courier.
6. Exporters - subsystems, which provide an opportunity to manage the distribution of catalogs with lists of merchant products with their partners.
7. Billing - subsystem for recording transactions using blockchain hyperledger.org.
8. BigData - data collection and analysis subsystem that calculates recommendations and trends.
9. CRM - subsystem for notifications for users of the Trimpo ecosystem.
10. Suppliers - subsystems for suppliers, who want to sell their products through other Trimpo users.
11. Marketplace Trimpo - subsystem, available to all Internet users, which allows to purchase any product from Trimpo users, if they specify payment terms, delivery rules, and returns.
Trimpo Token
Main feature:
1. This is the only token or digital unit that will be sold during Token Sales.
2. Made for external and internal transactions created by users of the Trimpo ecosystem.
3. The only method of payment for Trimpo commissions.
4. One method of payment for purchases made at the Trimpo Marketplace and for customer loyalty programs.
5. Will be integrated in the Trimpo ecosystem completely to ensure its maximum use and turnover.
The Trimpo ecosystem creates 3 ranges of usage and change of Token Trimpo:
1. For merchants.
2. Marketplace Trimpo - for customers and merchants.
3. For suppliers

Usage for Merchants.
‣ Traders register their products on the market through Trimpo and receive orders.
‣ Trimpo issues an invoice to be paid in the token in accordance with the merchant tariff plan once a month.
‣ Merchant pays invoices in tokens (if they do not have tokens, they buy them from Trimpo Fund with fiat money to pay invoices).
‣ If Merchants do not pay invoices, their tariff plans will change next month to free of charge, with lower service levels or basic package rates.
Usage in Trimpo Marketplace
‣ All traders using the Trimpo ecosystem can sell at the Trimpo Marketplace.
‣ The list of products in the Trimpo Marketplace will be free for merchants already using Trimpo (included in their tariff plan).
‣ The list of products in the Trimpo Marketplace for new traders or merchants not using Trimpo will not be 10 USD per month in Trimpo tokens.
‣ Trader will pay 2% commission for the order placed at Trimpo Marketplace; commissions must be paid in Trimpo tokens.
‣ Marketplace Trimpo will have a customer loyalty program for its users, this program will work with Trimpo tokens, such as cashback for purchases made at the Trimpo Marketplace.
‣ Marketplace will have products that can be paid only in Trimpo tokens and Merchants will offer discounts to customers paying Trimpo tokens.
Use for Suppliers
‣ Trimpo users listed as suppliers provide up-to-date information about their products, prices, and stock availability.
‣ Supplier selects the terms:
• accept orders and then order products for merchants
• take orders and make your own delivery
• require advance payment
• a possible combination of settings
‣ Traders pay Trimpo tokens for access to supplier price lists and their terms of service.
‣ Trader may include Supplier's product in his shop with his own margin.
‣ Suppliers pay commissions in Trimpo tokens.
‣ Trader payments for services provided by the Trimpo ecosystem according to their tariff plan.

Sales Objective Token:
1. Collect funds for development
2. Collect funds for regional expansion of projects and platform promotion
3. Launch Trimpo tokens for investors and users of the Trimpo Token system

Token Distribution
- 60% - Token Sale, sold to investors during Pre-Sale and Main Sale
- 10% - The team, will unlock gradually after reaching the stated objectives in the Roadmap, the first part will be opened only one year after the Main Sale
- 20% - Trimpo Fund, required for the functioning of the Trimpo ecosystem, funds will only be opened before the Trimpo Marketplace launch. Trimpo is a fund holder; Proof of funds will be used for cashback for customers, when they make a purchase at the Trimpo Marketplace. Funds will be refilled due to receipt of tokens from merchants, who will pay a commission for products sold
at the Trimpo Marketplace.

          This distribution is optimal to achieve project objectives, develop them and consider the interests of investors

Fund Allocation Accepted
          The chart structure describes the allocation of funds in the event that Token Sale reaches the Soft Cap.
          If the amount generated during Token Sales is 62 500 ETH, the proportion of expenditures on Marketing and Sales will increase. In case Sales Token reaches Hard Cap, along with an increase in expenses for Marketing and Sales, Expenditures for Development will also increase.
